The Process
These bronzes are made by using the life
impressioning process. This process means that the live person's hand
is positioned in a container and then a special mold making mixture
is pored over the hand. This mixture hardens to a rubber like
consistency in 45 seconds.

The subject can then pull their hand out
of the hardened mold and the cavity left in the mold is filled with
hot wax to form a master replica of the hand. After the wax hardens
the mold material is cut away from the perfect wax master. Now we get
the subject to sign his name and the date on the master to authenticate
it. During the entire process we take photos for further authentication.
To duplicate the hand in bronze, we use the
lost wax
process.

I think you will agree no collectible can be more personal than
making a duplicate of a players hand or a boxers fist that is taken
directly off of that persons body. Then for an excellent way to
authenticate it, have that person sign and date the duplicate copy,
cast it in bronze, and make the finished product a very low limited
edition.

This all adds up to first class, unique collectible that will
continue to increase in value. Also we are the only company that can
bring you these signed bronzes. If it is a signed bronze hand of
Nolan Ryan, Roger Clemens, Muhammad Ali or Dr. Denton Cooley, it came
from Bronze Memories.
